About This Beer
For Cocorrado, White Elm went all in on coconut cabana flavor, hitting it with toasted coconut, raw coconut flakes, and coconut milk. That trifecta of tropical fruit gorgeously melds with the vanilla oak notes from a year aging in bourbon barrels. And they added bourbon vanilla, cacao nibs, chilis, and cinnamon sticks for that signature, Aztec chocolate nuance.
Tasting Notes
Every thick quaff is like sipping champurrado crafted with silky coconut milk out of an actual coconut. Whiskey caramel and cinnamon swirl throughout, all hiding a 13% ABV.

Really good, but a bit too heavy on the coconut. It’s not subtle.

wonderful blend of flavors. nothing overpowers the others. The coconut milk gives this big beer a creamy finish that was delicious and unexpected.

letting the coconut hit you upside the head. And for when you want to win the bet that “too much” adjuncts can in the right conditions still produce a wonderful beer.

a little roasty. thought I tasted mint initially (which I like) but it understandably faded since it's not actually in this beer lol

Another outstanding imperial stout from White Elm. Very smooth & does not taste like 13% ABV.

There was so much I liked about this. Individual notes were fantastic, but overall so much going on. It was a little exhausting to drink.
