About This Beer
DSSOLVR and Hoof Hearted Brewing started with Riverbend Pilsner malt and generously whirlpool-hopped it with Pacifica and Hallertau Mittelfruh. Then they fermented the brew low and slow with DSSOLVR’s house Lager yeast, spunded it for natural carbonation, and dry-hopped it with Tettnanger and Saphir. Finally, they lagered this crusher in horizontal tanks, giving it a superb crispness.
Tasting Notes
This Italian-style Pils tastes like hand-tossed pizza crust drizzled with a hint of honey. Vibrant swirls of citrus and wildflowers flow underneath before it comes to a clean, snappy finish with lingering herbal touches.
