About This Beer
Urban Artifact uses mountains of fresh produce for every batch of their Midwest Fruit Tarts, giving each one deep flavors and adult ABVs. For today’s version, they selected the grape-iest grapes around — concords — and combined them with vanilla beans to smooth out the edges of the fruit’s natural tannins and acidity.
Tasting Notes
If the color purple had an aroma, it would smell like this. On the sip, this 12% ABV brew fills your mouth with herbal hints of sun-ripened vine fruit followed by waves of candied nuances. A bright booziness comes out at the end reminding you that this lovely libation belongs at the bar.
