About This Beer
For this DIPA, the Hop Butcher crew teamed up with friends at Wandering Monsters. They started with a pillowy base, then absolutely blasted it with Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Bliss, and Nelson Bliss Hop Kief for geysers of juice with a deliciously dank edge.
Tasting Notes
Ripe tangerine, pink grapefruit, and gorgeous guava tones erupt out of every drop. Undercurrents of blueberry, lychee, and white grape carry underneath before a resinous finish. It seems tailor made for crushing again and again while watching baseball or enjoying a juicy dog just off the grill!
