A Note on This Beer
I have no idea what actual cosmic dust consists of. But, if it’s anything like today’s insanely tasty Golden Sour Ale aged in Oak Barrels with Hibiscus, I’d like NASA to fling me as far into the universe’s dust clouds as they could.
Then I’d happily float around, gobbling up as much Cosmic Dust as possible. Constellations of lemony citrus and sweet fruit punch flavors! Luminous quasars of herbal tea notes! Celestial mixed fermentation complexity! It’d all be mine for the taking!
Plus, at 6.2% ABV, I could easily crush Cosmic Dust for the rest of time and space.
‘Course, then I might never make it back to Earth, which would mean no more visits to The Rare Barrel’s California alehouse. And that would suck, because this all-Sour brew crew is one of the top-ranked microbreweries on the planet on Untappd!
Aside from some potentially yummy space dust, I don’t know if they even have breweries elsewhere in the universe. I’d better stick around here on Earth, with a freshly-poured glass of today’s Golden Sour to keep my body grounded and my tastebuds soaring.

*After barrel aging with hibiscus, the Earthlings at The Rare Barrel bottle conditioned this exquisite BA Golden Sour for over a month to transform its tart body into cosmic waves of tangy-sweetness. Be ready with a glass when opening.
