And, when it comes to their classic summer-gusher Cowabunga Gose, The Brewing Projekt regular @Ben J knows it’s “perfectly paired with being too dang hot.” A.k.a., it has all the revitalizing power to conquer even the mightiest swell!

The brewers add real pineapple and a dash a seasalt, for cooling sprays of citrus nectar, complimented by a whisper of salinity. Afterwards, they add a tea-blend, generating succulent waves of sweet hibiscus, earthy black currant, luscious apple, plump blueberry, and tangy mango.

You don’t have to be a sun-soaked, Midwest beach-goer to ride this tidal wave of juicy-goodness. At least not right now. The Tavour surf’s up!

If you think about each ingredient when you sip it you can taste each one - pineapple, sea salt, hibiscus, black currant, Apple, blueberry, orange, mango. But it’s too sweet. Want a little more sour.

I cant give a rating for this beer as it was not in my crate even tho I ordered it which was highly disappointing and happened with one or two other beers as well.

This is a really good sour! Tasted like a fruit punch. I would definitely recommend this if you like sour IPAs or fruit punch!

Very nice gose! More sweet than tart, able to taste all the flavors described but pineapple definitely the strongest. Nicely done!

Cowabunga like a stripper with pigtails dirty and sweet it pleases both the adult and child in me...immensely fruity with notes of pineapple and coriander way up front..opaque straw colored full mouthfeel and tart at the backend. This one begs to be enjoyed by the beach

Perfection! Full bodied pineapple sea salt flavor. Perhaps the best beer with fruit I ever had.

Wow. This one surprised me, if I’m being honest I got ahead of myself and didn’t realize that it was a Gose, but this was outstanding. One of my favorite beers to date, it was surprising all the way around from how sweet it was to how refreshing it was. Would recommend!
