About This Beer
The GABF gold medalists at Parish collaborated with Other Half to craft an IPA that’s as good as — and would be great with — the best part of the BBQ.
They heavily dry hopped the brew, layering it with Phantasm Powder and a blend of New Zealand Hops that includes Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Sunrise, Riwaka, and a boatload of Motueka.
Tasting Notes
Behind its modest and cloudy appearance, each sip of Cracklin’ Crumbs glitters with bright nuances of Meyer lemon and tropical alphonso mango. Passionfruit tones from the Motueka come through with dank sweetness, and Nelson harmonizes with the Phantasm to bring out green grape notes akin to white wine, complete with a dry finish.

The Nelson hops are balanced perfectly in this bright yet dank finishes IPA. What did you expect from a collab between two of the best breweries around!

a nice light IPA from two excellent breweries. I got hoppy tangerine flavors

A solid brew, but there is a certain flavor that doesn’t do it for me. I think it’s a strong floral presence I’m not digging, but beats me.
