About This Beer
Cranberry, walnuts, lemon, red onion, and spinach. No, that’s not a recipe for a Thanksgiving-themed breakfast smoothie (though that would be delicious.) It’s the adjunct list in this stunning Sour Ale!
Tasting Notes
The sip starts out with a vibrant fruity tang balanced by pops of verdant mixed greens and a touch of spicy onion. Ripples of rich nuttiness carry underneath for a surprisingly tasty finish.

Sours are not always wildly successful. Didn’t taste any walnut.

Started w/real nice berry aroma. Maybe some nuttiness also. Cranberry tartness up front followed by earthiness & a hint of nuts. Quite dry
mid palate through finish.

One must first recognize the style in order to judge the product. As a sour I found it to be light and clean, with the fruit. nut, and vegetable accents enhancing the base ale.
