About This Beer

“I’ve got my spine // I’ve got my orange crush.” - R.E.M. after downing a can of Crushcrushcrush.

I never have any idea what Michael Stipe is going on about — but it’s catchy. With such ambiguous lyrical imagery, I like to kick back with a can of Mikerphone’s citrusy Milkshake IPA and imagine he wrote “Orange Crush” in tribute.

It’s definitely a brew worth singing about!

Tasting Notes

The Illinois crew imbues this concoction with juicy Citra Hops and orange peel. The blend of lupulin and fruit swirls together with a dose of silky vanilla and shimmering lactose for smooth creamsicle sips.

Waves of orange soda pop and ice cream truck confection will treat your taste buds to a nostalgic burst of flavor, but the 7.25% ABV is your adult-sized reward!

I was very excited to try this beer as soon as i caught wind of the exuberantly bright orange of a can. This drink definitely is one to acquire for it does not disappoint. Beware though, the vanilla flavor does make this beauty have a more creamsicle taste rather than orange soda

Not the biggest IPA fan generally but this one is damn good. To me, it tastes more like orange soda with a hint of vanilla. Smooth as can be but can still certainly taste the hops with it and it hides its 7.25% well. Sweet enough but not overly so. A fantastic dessert beer and bet it would make for a great milkshake with some ice cream. Highly recommend to anyone.
