About This Beer
The fresh cones that went into the experimental YCH 301 Trial Hops were cryogenically frozen and pelletized so that they could live to see the future — and here it is!
Today’s big bold Imperial IPA is the brainchild of Ecliptic and their pals at Baerlic Beer. They layered heaps of YCH 301 with loads of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra for a piney, pithy pint.
