I first heard the word ‘cryogenically’ in the movie Demolition Man. The one where they freeze Sylvester Stallone and then thaw him out in the 2032 to battle Wesley Snipes.

And you know what? That movie was ALMOST as futuristic as today’s beer! It’s like the crew at New Image traveled to the future themselves to make this one!

First off, they used hops that sound like they came straight out of a sci-fi flick: YCH 303 Trial. This blend of Cryo-hops uses a freezing process to extract the deepest possible flavors, AND it includes Phantasm Powder. That’s the stuff made of grape skins and loaded with thiols, the same compounds that make hops taste hoppy.

Then they added Bio-T Experimental Hops, another blend that’s scientifically formulated for epic juiciness. Still unsatisfied, they fermented the brew with Cosmic Punch Yeast to unleash all those flavor compounds!
