About This Beer
The crew started with a chocolatey Stout base swirled with an ultra-creamy dash of lactose and aged it in bourbon barrels for rich accents of oaky custard. Then they turned it into quaffable ice cream by conditioning the brew with pistachios and Madagascar vanilla beans.
