About This Beer
For this first installment, they started with a rich and decadent base and let it mature for 28 months in Buffalo Trace Experimental bourbon barrels and Law’s Whiskey House rye barrels. Then they finished it on Bolivian cacao nibs and coconut for lip-smacking candy truffle flavors.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is like biting into an artisanal Mounds bar and chasing it with a shot of top shelf whiskey. The roasty malts accentuate fudgy chocolate tones while hints of vanilla-oak, fig, and rye spice dance underneath.

good brew from a good brewery tastes like a brownie so a bit overly sweet but I’m ok. needs more bourbon barrel flavor
