So, when we had the opportunity to snag a brand new single-adjunct Stout from the brewery’s Cuvee Series, we jumped on it. To create Just Macadamia, the Cycle crew took their 4.33-rated Rare Dos Stout and aged it in Bourbon barrels for over 20 months! Then, they added a pile of real nuts.

Macadamia is among the richest and most luxuriant of nuts, so it makes a fantastic partner to this equally plush Stout! The nuts add a bit of earthiness and a gentle toastiness that seems to elevate the chocolate notes in the base beer.

Every sip is like biting into a fresh-from-the-oven brownie!
