About This Beer
The celebrated NYC crew crafted Dare to Know with an ultra-soft body and heaping helpings of Strata Hops.
Tasting Notes
Smooth swigs surge across your palate in bright juicy waves. Brilliant pineapple and passion fruit pops weave through currents of cantaloupe, candied peach, and strawberry while a pithy, mixed citrus bitterness flows beneath. Meanwhile, a dash of weedy dankness on the tail end keeps it all beautifully balanced.

What does this taste like? Not sure. It is pretty distinct, and really sinks in on the after taste in the back of the mouth/soft palate. I'm searching for an association. Come to think of it, I can't recall the last time that a flavor was so new and unique that it started its own category, but I think this might be one of those moments. It's plant-y, I think. It vaguely reminds me a raw broccoli. Broccoli aaaaaaaand fruit punch? Rock candy sticks on the beach. School field trip. Dry woody flavor, mixed with sea salt in the air, and a weak sugar tang, supported in large part by the craggy texture.

Average. Slightly funky, not a compliment.

Very smooth, citrus... Not incredibly hoppy. Crushable. I love Threes Brewing. I visit whenever I'm in Brooklyn.
