I grew up rapping along to The Notorious B.I.G. on the radio. So when I saw today’s beer was named after the King of hip-hop, nobody could hold me back from snatching a can like who gotcha.

This IPA is so limited that even though we’ve been sweet-talkin’ Listermann pretty heavily, they only had enough to hook us up with 120 cases. So when your buddies hear you got ahold of some, they’ll have your phone tapped like Savion Glover.

After one taste, I was hypnotized by the berry-lemonade flavors in Listermann’s DDH Biggie IPA. The brewery must have been listening to Biggie’s “Juicy” while they made this beer, because boy, is it ever!   

So if you don’t know why I’m speaking in Biggie-isms about today’s brew, now you know.

When it comes to hops, Biggie delivers the juice good and plenty with a massive double-hopping of orange-passionfruit fueled Citra, lemony Amarillo, and blueberry Mosaic

Hops. Feel at ease as waves of tropical fruit wash over your palate, because unlike money, more hops equals less problems.

As you sip, check out the Biggie hophead on the can. Next thing you know you’ll be reminiscing about cruisin’ the streets with the homies, “Big Poppa” bangin’ on the radio of your ride. One taste and you’ll be inviting them over for one more chance at a taste of the “golden age.” And if those memories don’t make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, Biggie’s 7% ABV definitely will.
