Every time we get a beer from New Image, I drop everything I’m doing to crack open a can. I was about to meet my baby niece for the first time, but I said, “Hold up — I gotta try this beer first!”

That may sound cold, but trust me: New Image was named one the 10 Best New Breweries of 2018 by USA Today, and The Colorado Sun placed them among the state’s best breweries. Forbes even dubbed them one of the fastest growing breweries in the country. 

So, when I got a chance to try the double dry-hopped version of their Coriolis Effect IPA, I was slurping up that Galaxy hopjuice like a kid in a candy store!

With each sumptuous sip, swells of ripe mango swirl alongside lush layers of pithy grapefruit flavor. It tastes like a top-shelf citrus Paloma, topped with a bit of muddled pine and lemon zest.

Don’t get me wrong — I’m not saying that you have to miss a significant event to snag a stash of today’s sumptuous sipper. I’m just sayin’, New Image brews are notorious for disappearing quickly!
