Anytime we snag a new brew from New Image, I can’t help but do a little happy dance. 

What can I say? The Colorado Sun placed them among the best breweries in the brew-soaked state! 

So, when I got a chance to try the double dry-hopped Coriolis Effect IPA, I was slurping up that Topaz and Motueka hopjuice like a giddy kid in a candy store.

With each sumptuous sip, swells of ripe apricot swirl alongside lush notes of lychee (from the hefty double-dry hop of Topaz), complemented by Mouteka’s passionfruit and grapefruit flavors. It tastes like a scoop of apricot sorbet, topped with nectarous mango slices and lemon zest. 

If you find yourself doing a little groove after a taste of today’s succulent sipper, don’t be surprised! A beer like this is supposed to have that effect on people.
