About This Beer
'Science is magic that works.' - Kurt Vonnegut
In my estimation, that makes beer magic. And New Image has been crafting Hazy spells from the beer-soaked Rocky Mountains for years. But for their DDH East Coast Transplant - Idaho 7 & El Dorado Terpenes, these brewers decided to head back to the lab for even more delicious lupulin science!
By teaming up with Oast House Oils and utilizing their CO2 extraction method, this DIPA’s concentrated oils from Idaho 7 and El Dorado cones provide a bold, fruity aroma and powerful, hop-forward presence.
Tasting Notes
Bright citrus and ripe stone fruit dominate the show, with succulent surges of apricot and peach that no beaker could contain! With waves of pineapple-laced mango sticking to the palate, it’s no wonder New Image calls the brew a ‘stone fruit bomb!’
And with flavor this big, the 8.5% ABV barely registers as more than a body-warming afterthought.
