The NI crew started with a pillowy base amped up with Cosmic Punch yeast and Phantasm Powder for pronounced tropical notes. Then they hopped it with Southern Cross, Citra, Idaho Gem, and an extra thiol-dripping dose of Nelson Sauvin for surges of straight nectar.
Tasting Notes
Fluffy cascades of white grape juice ripple with ripe mango, limoncello, and bright bursts of pineapple. White wine rises on the end for a snappy finish with virtually no bitterness at all.
