About This Beer
I think I know why Phase Three named their El Dorado, Enigma, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Citra double dry hopped brew Placeholder Text. It’s so distractingly delicious that they forgot about the name!
Tasting Notes
Electric notes of lemon and grapefruit add bright highlights to rich blueberry and red currant nuances. A cabana vibe emerges with sweet mango and golden pineapple tones providing a lush island treatment, only to fade into a lightly dank, resinous finish.
