A Note on This Beer
If you ask the locals in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where to score a delicious beer, they’ll point you right to Eagle Park Brewing. And, for good reason — USA Today ranked them the Second Best New Brewery in the Country last year!
That’s one of the many reasons we’re stoked to introduce you to this family affair! Three music lovin’ brothers founded it back in 2016, when they went from playing in a garage band to opening a garage brewery.
Of course, their beer was WAY too delicious not to share, so they expanded — and quickly developed a cult-like following.
Even in the midst of a global pandemic, they just opened their biggest space yet — a 20 barrel brewhouse and distillery in neighboring Muskego, WI.
And, they’re putting all of that space to good use by constantly releasing new beers — one every Saturday, in fact! They released over 300 different brews in the last three years, and yet, you’ll rarely see the same beer twice.
Today’s Demon Haze is a special exception. Its inaugural release last year was so dang popular, fans begged them to bring it back.
They dry hop it with a massive 5 lbs per barrel of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and El Dorado Hops. It boasts a pillowy soft, full-bodied mouthfeel that drips with the juice of succulent pineapples and ripe tangerines.
You could try to fly out to Milwaukee for a taste of this brew, but you’d have to be fast, ‘cause it sells out at the taproom every time. We’ve got the only cans that left the Midwest.
