The BA Pastry Stout legends at Cycle made this Stout with something called ‘caramelized Cycle syrup.’
What is that exactly? DELICIOUS! That’s what!
For those who want to know: Cycle syrup is made by cooking down the beer wort until it’s 55-60% sugar — about the same as maple syrup!
