About This Beer
To craft it, the masters of dark (beer) arts at Perennial conjured a thick, rich base brimming with sumptuous malty flavors. Then they aged it in Stagg Jr. bourbon barrels for 19 months, soaking the whole thing in notes of vanilla oak.

Golden caramel, brown sugar, and rum raisin tones course through every silky sip. Nuances of creme anglaise and whiskey spice swirl underneath. It’s like a luxurious bread pudding drizzled in bourbon caramel sauce –– all masking the 14.4% ABV!
