About This Beer
Beer finds a way. The mad scientists behind Dino Park are none other than the 2021 US Open Beer Grand National Champions at Toppling Goliath.
They engineered this clever DIPA in collaboration with North Park, using Citra, Strata, and Galaxy Hops to impart floral citrus aromas and T. Rex-sized tones of sweet and tropical fruit.
Tasting Notes
Notes of mandarin orange and bright lemon sprint through pineapple peach, and mango nuances in each mouthful of this plush Hazy. Frills of dank passionfruit lead into a semi-dry and herbal finish.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a tulip glass.
Look- Pale gold, very hazy, opaque, no visible particulate, very frothy white head, above average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Clementine, melon, peach, pineapple, medium strength of scent.
Taste- Clementine, peach, pineapple, pithy, melon, high strength of flavor.
Feel- Full body, average carbonation, very slight astringency, moderately bitter, very creamy, mildly dry finish.
Overall- Look was a great very hazy pale gold with above average head retention and lacing. The bouquet was pleasant and well balanced, my only complaint was it’s medium strength. The flavors melded together almost perfectly with vibrant strength. The feel was full bodied and very creamy with only a slight astringency. Overall this beer was really good and provided a wonderful drinking experience that exceeded my expectations.
