About This Beer
For this stunner, the New Image crew started by hand selecting some of their favorite Barrel Aged Stouts out of their cellar, aged for a minimum of 24 months in Kentucky bourbon barrels. They blended them before resting the mix in Talnua single pot still rye whiskey for an additional six months.
Tasting Notes
Thick cascades of dark chocolate, bourbon caramel, and almost nutty vanilla oak swirl through every quaff. Rich rye spice and woody char rises on the end, all impossibly masking an enormous 18.04% ABV.
