About This Beer
For this year’s batch, the crew started with a classic malt bill featuring 2-Row, Munich, and flaked wheat. Then they showered it with Apollo, Centennial, Chinook, Comet, Comet CGX, and Simcoe Hops!
Tasting Notes
Each sip is like a hailstorm of mango, tangerine, and pineapple notes. As the fruitiness fades, the familiar Northwest flavors of pine and wildflower take the taste buds on a hike through the forest after a deep rain.
