Seeing as it ranks in the Top 40 Imperial Milkshake IPAs in the World on Untappd with a colossal 4.31 rating, the choice is even easier. Double Strawberry Chantilly is an especially delicious, ice creamy treat of a brew!

That’s because the phenomenal crew at Phase Three brewed this DIPA with over 2,000 lbs — a LITERAL TON — of strawberry purée for unbridled bright, berry flavor. Then, they blended it with luscious vanilla and silky lactose for that classic, hand-spun taste.

A dash of hop bitterness reminds you that you’re drinking a Double and haven’t fallen into an old time-y soda shop. It’s easy to forget when those big, fruity sips go down so smooth!

But, to save yourself the trouble of deciding between a shake and a beer, you might want to shake a leg. A Milkshake IPA this good won’t take long to go the way of the soda shop and disappear.

when you crack it open the strawberry smell greets you and it's there again at the first sip. Phase Three has impressed me so far and this is another great beer.

Definitely tastes like a strawberry milkshake, there is a little bit of a really strong alcohol flavor immediately after the initial wave of flavor. Over-all still really good.

Definitely lives up to the strawberry end of the flavor. A bit too carbonated immediately but settled down after letting it sit for a while. Solid beer, though not my favorite milkshake IPA.
