About This Beer
For their first inky sipper using their own Cloud Cover beans, the OH team started by aging a rich Imperial Stout base in bourbon barrels for 16-23 months. Then they conditioned it on house-roasted Ethiopian Gotiti Gedeb coffee, vanilla, and lactose.
