And now, 903 has taken my sweet-tooth fantasy and amped it up to boozy proportions with today’s two decadent, pastry-inspired brews!

Hot off their Gold medal win at the 2019 U.S. Open Beer Championships, the amazing women at 903 created the delicious PastryArchy series to highlight all of the badass gals in the craft beer industry.

So skip driving all the way down to Texas to score a couple cans of today’s warming Cinnamon Roll goodness. Go ahead and jump straight to the part of celebrating women in craft beer, and in your life, with these sweet-tooth satisfying brews!

First, there’s Down With The PastryArchy Cinnamon Roll Cream Ale. This “liquid bread,” as the brewer’s call it, was crafted with 150lbs of locally-made cinnamon rolls from Momo’s Donuts! Each sip is like biting into a fresh-baked bun with hints of sweet vanilla, and every mouthful finishes with a dusting of warm cinnamon and a smooth 5.3% ABV kiss.

Oh lord, I’m drooling. 

Turns out, I’m not the only fan in need of a bib before digging into this delicious pour:

This jet-black brew is bursting from 300 pounds of mouth-watering, freshly-baked cinnamon rolls that the brewers added to the roasty Stout body. Then, like dunking my gooey pastry in a cup of gourmet coffee, notes of caramelized sugar and mocha mingle with bready malts on the palate. On the finish, smooth hints of vanilla coat the 7.5% ABV like fresh icing.
