To craft the newest iteration in their Gem IPA series, these Brooklyn brewmasters used heaps of Galaxy and Strata Hops alongside the original recipe’s Citra Hops. These extra hops create luscious, fresh-pressed notes of white grapefruit, sweet peach, and brilliant orange. 

This nectar floats atop a hefty dose of oats and a pinch of lactose that makes each sip go down smooth as a bunny’s ear. Craft fan @Robert M. simply calls this creamy delight “Outstanding!”
