About This Beer
The Anchorage crew brewed this expansively dreamy juice with Sabro Incognito and thiol-boosting yeast, then double dry hopped it with more Sabro to bring out the best of the hops’ unusual and complex character.
Tasting Notes
Drifting will set your mind afloat with aromas of pineapple and tangerine bobbing over rich waves of stone fruit and cream in each pillowy taste. The brew’s tropical nuances crest with coconut and then recede into a resinous cedar finish with a gently hoppy bitterness.

The thiol-boosting yeasts are not for me. It was less like a beer, more like a Screwdriver - there’s a harshness in the bitterness and after taste that I don’t prefer.

Whadda day edition. All sabro overload…and of course Anchorage nails it. Pineapple coconut goodness with a finishing flourish of stone fruit with a touch of balancing dry hoppiness.
