About This Beer
As part of their 2023 Darkstar November series, the dark beer masters at Bottle Logic racked a small portion of the beloved base Stout into three specialty rye casks. This one was aged in a single Woodford Reserve Rye Cask.
Tasting Notes
Experience the delicate molasses notes in each sip as they swirl into pops of caramel and espresso undertones. Roasty malts carry throughout, creating espresso nuances and ushering the palate to hints of rich rye spice and oaky vanilla character on the finish.
