About This Beer
For this treat, Evil Twin teamed up with Burley Oak. The duo layered a tart base with blackberry, strawberry, and apricot for waves of jammy flavor. Then they hit it with peanut butter, giving it all the gooey, drippy deliciousness of a world-class PB&J.
Tasting Notes
Enticingly rich, nutty aromas brim out of every pour. On the sip, bursts of luscious berry splash the palate with a tickling tang from the apricot before a flood of creamy peanut butter on the end.

Tastes just like a pbj and pb not over powering. Balanced, thick. Not enough alcohol % but really enjoyable.

I've had some misses on various "pbj" style sours lately. this is one of them. I think it's the pb that isn't working. aside from the pb, the fruit flavor is decent but not exceptional

Interesting. Definitely fruity strawberry and apricot jelly/jam character with a touch of peanut butter. Strangely sweet and sour at the same time. Jury’s out.
