About This Beer
Additions of Simcoe, Stata, and Centennial Hops come together to create luscious waves of flavor.
Tasting Notes
Succulent strawberry and stone fruit notes crash over a bed of biscuity malt. Verdant pine resin and a touch of kush follow, leading to a cracker-crisp finish.

I was intrigued by the concept of a new style of IPA, so I bought a can. I did enjoy the fresh and crisp nature of the brew as well as the subtle fruit essences. But like most others, it had a bitterness about it that I did not enjoy.

Nice bitterness, really crisp, clean and dry. Notes of tropical fruit, mango, guava, grapefruit, crackers and faint berries.

Stone fruit and piney hop aroma and flavor. Lightly dank. Good balance but definitely leans bitter.

Strong scent of tropical fruits and hints of strawberry. Golden color. Foam consistency reminiscent of a lager, effervescent with large bubbles. Notes of passionfruit, orange, and perhaps guava. Finishes with hints of dankness and a mild bitterness. Strata hops really shine.
