The masterful brewers at Adroit Theory don’t shy away from doing things differently. 

In fact, they lean into the idea! From the metal coming in over their loud speakers and their hauntingly beautiful can artwork, to their mammothly-high ABV IPAs, they fully embrace the not-so commonplace.  

In a world of seemingly similar beers, the Virginia crew’s Craft Beer & Brewing-endorsed “weird and wonderful” brews are something every craft fan should try. 

And to start, we suggest reaching for Adroit’s EBK series. Nearly every one of these Hazies garners a 4+ rating on UT! This is no small feat considering there are almost 20 different versions!

Today’s latest version, EBK Reborn (Ghost 937) starts off by filling your senses with a humongous haze cloud. Juicy orange, pithy grapefruit, bursting berry, and faint floral notes flourish from double dry-hopped Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Ella Hops. 

For the final touch, Adroit poured in velvety lactose for a pillowy soft and voluptuously thick body and mouthfeel — a distinctly EBK attribute that makes fans like @Matt P. dub the whole series “just so solid!”
