About This Beer
To craft the latest Eclipse Stout, the brewers started with their chocolatey, GABF award-winning base. They aged it in 9-Year George Dickel bourbon barrels for opulent notes of whiskey caramel and woody spice.
Tasting Notes
Decadent mocha nuances course through every velvety quaff. Espresso, chocolate-covered raisin, and vanilla oak complexities wash across the palate like a chocolatier’s confection. That sumptuously smooth sip hides the 10.1% ABV uncannily well.

Not that good. I wanted this to be better. Dickel makes good bottle in bond whiskey. Not a good version of this beer.
