About This Beer
Each year Fifty Fifty brews and blends a legendary collection of deep, dark, barrel aged Eclipses — and this is their first Tiramisu variant.
This brooding beauty begins with their Totality Imperial Stout, which the brewers matured for six months in rum and bourbon barrels. Then they finished it with coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and lactose for a creamy and layered sipper that will have you crooning into your glass.
Tasting Notes
Notes of espresso and rum greet your nose, coming to a crescendo with baking cocoa and roasty malt in each medium-bodied taste. A riff of vanilla caramel harmonizes with oaky tannins, finishing in boozy warmth.
