About This Beer
According to Google Maps, more than 1,000 miles separate Fremont Brewing’s Seattle taproom and El Segundo Brewing in L.A. That’s darn near the entire west coast!
It would make a pretty epic road trip. But if driving from Seatown to So-Cal isn’t in the cards, you can at least get a little taste of that West Coast flavor with El Fremonto. This collab from two of the most beloved breweries on the Pacific side packs all the flavor a hophead could desire!
To create it, the brewers reached for the boldest, dankest hops they could get their hands on, and plenty of ‘em. We’re talkin’ Amarillo, Simcoe, Columbus, and Strata, plus an extra dose of super concentrated Simcoe Cryo Hops!
Tasting Notes
The brew is uber-citrusy, with pithy grapefruit notes, rolling waves of orange, and ridgeline of resinous pine that sweeps through the finish. A touch of tropical pineapple lingers towards the end to keep things from getting too bitter, but make no mistake — this hopbomb is West Coast all the way!

I'm usually not a huge fan of piney WC IPAs but this one is very smooth and enjoyable.
