About This Beer
To craft this treat, the Bottle Logic crew fermented a rich, cocoa-y base with Arizona cactus honey. Then they aged it in a combination of bourbon barrels and ex-bourbon barrels that recently held some of Superstition’s stellar Mead! Then they recirculated it through 960 pounds of real bananas before layering it with cacao nibs.
Tasting Notes
Every thick sip is like savoring a slice of chocolate chip banana bread soaked in whiskey! Let it warm, and caramelly, bananas-foster-like nuances brim out of every drop. It all cascades into cocoa tones swirled with woody spice before a final flood of tropical fruit.

done well but the banana just doesn’t go that well with the thin texture.

WOW!! Excellent beer. It tastes like a chocolate covered banana dipped in bourbon. Smooth and delicious. Definitely a great beer to share with friends or even after dinner.
