A Note on This Beer

“Favorite beer ever. Hands down.” @CrookedCreekHoller

“Errday. That’s how often you’re going to want to drink this beer...With your eggs. On the weekend. At happy hour.” @MensJournal

No occasion or task is too small or too big to enjoy today’s foeder-fermented Table Beer. That’s exactly why Fonta Flora dubbed it Errday — you can crush this sessionable Saison-style brew all day, every day!

And, although it sips light and easy, the brewing process was anything but. The brewers used a mix of barley, wheat, and rye grains to build the base beer, then fermented it in oak foeders for a dry, drinkable finish. Finally, they blended it with a bit of Brett-fermented Saison before pouring the whole batch into bottles to re-ferment.

All that hard work results in an immensely refreshing, zesty flavor — like fresh-squeezed lemonade with a sprinkling of minerality. A hint of barnyard funk and woody oak float through on the finish.

It’s the kind of brew to enjoy anywhere, anytime. From the breakfast table to the picnic table. Just make sure to stock up — you’ll want more than one bottle so you can sip it Errday!

Men’s Journal put Errday at the top of their “6 Farmhouse Ales You Need To Try in 2021!”

Refreshing beer with a bit of tart. I really enjoyed this one. Could see myself having a few in the backyard with some buddy’s while around the fire pit.

Tart without lots of carbonation. Surprisingly refreshing and a quite delicious taste. I think you could sit down with a few of these on the back porch at night and chill for hours

Big Brett and farmyard nose with surprisingly dry, effervescent mouthfeel. Tastes of fresh-squeezed lemon juice, cucumber flesh, orange gummi bear and quinine. I could honestly drink this errday!

This was a good session beer but definitely more tart and funky (from the oak foedering) than I was expecting. If you like farmhouse ales without the high abv, this one is for you.

Good tart beer on a hot day. Kombucha like with the fermentation process. Definitely a good pour.

Aroma of light citrus fruit and some funk along with light grassy notes. Light funk and tartness up front with light notes of citrus and spicy yeast. Huge flavor for 3.8% and incredibly delicious!

Like watered-down pickle brine. All the Untappd members jizzing themselves over this are certifiably nuts.
