A Note on This Beer
I can’t know for sure, but Stevie Nicks strikes me as someone who prefers her Hazy IPAs smooth, strong, and with a little bit of rock n’ roll edge.
If I could share a beer with Stevie, it would have to be an Evangelion IPA, brewed by the dexterous crew at Adroit Theory. These brews bang with lush, fruity hopjuice and a silky stroke of lactose, and they always come with a supercharged, rock n’ roll-ready ABV.
I have a feeling Stevie would be especially partial to Evangelion XVII [Tabris Edition]. It’s the 17th release in this juiced-up line of Hazies, meaning, this series is officially on the edge of seventeen!
More than that though, I have to assume she would swoon for the way this 10% ABV brew drinks as pillowy and smooth as a gentle melody, carrying strong notes of fresh citrus. Double dry hopped with Mosaic, Moutere, Vic Secret, Azacca, and El Dorado, every sip of Evangelion XVII is a juicy swell of tropical pineapple nectar kissed with a bit of spritzy lime.
Odds are, I won’t be able to split a can of Evangelion with Stevie Nicks anytime soon. But, that won’t stop me from putting on the Bella Donna album and cracking one open in her honor! Care to join us for this hop-fruity feast?
