Taxman crafted this Doppelbock with a traditional blend of Munich, Vienna and Pilsner malts and a restrained kiss of hops.
Tasting Notes
It pours a crisp dark amber color which teases the caramelly flavors to come. Toffee and bread crust nuances stream through every sip, accentuated by hints of raisin, dried apricot, and molasses. Whispers of peppery spice sparkle in the back end, lingering beyond the clean finish.
