A Note on This Beer
*There are three different labels in each anticipated F* Cancer IPA six-pack — altogether, they feature 900 names of cancer fighters!*
We’re proud to partner with Oregon’s Silver Moon Brewery to share today’s F* Cancer IPA.
Each can and keg sold of this smooth-drinking brew directly benefits nonprofits focusing on cancer research, education, and support. This year’s proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society, Fighting Pretty, Josh Powell Foundation, Breast Friends, Cancer Action KC, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and OHSU Knight Cancer Institute.
Released just once each year, this charity-focused IPA from the Oregon Beer Award-winning crew at Silver Moon has a serious following — last year’s fundraising took in over $66,000 for their selected foundations, despite having no on-site events.
With over 900 names of cancer fighters featured across three different labels, this year’s edition is your chance to join hopheads around the country to say, “celebrate life and drink beer” with our middle-fingers held high to cancer.
Silver Moon focuses on the bright side of hops, using tropical flavors to round out bitter citrus in this IPA. Notes of mangoes, oranges, and a hint of pine resin leap across your palate.
And, at 6% ABV, you can easily support cancer research all day long, pint by delicious pint.
You don’t have to go to Silver Moon’s Oregon taproom to be part of the movement — today you can join the cause from your own home. Raise a glass and say it with us — F* Cancer!
*Silver Moon asked families to nominate their loved ones who are currently fighting cancer, and the specially-designed beer labels list these names to stand in solidarity in their courageous battle. There are three different labels and you’ll receive at least one of each — check out the key on the back of each can to see which names are included!
Tavour strictly supports independent beer. Silver Moon Brewing is certified independent by the Brewers Association
