About This Beer
If you’re a fan of bright, crisp Farmhouse Ales, you definitely want to sample this one. To understand why, you have to go all the way back to 2019, when the brewers snagged a phenomenal batch of Grüner Veltliner grapes from their friends at Thrall Family Vineyard.
They added those grapes to a blend of spontaneously fermented Wild Ales and let the batch condition and co-ferment in a single oak barrel until magic happened!
Tasting Notes
The vinous notes of the grapes tangle like vines around hints of oak and just a touch of subtle funk. Sunny swells of citrusy lemon flavor sprIng from the wild yeasts, with nuances of cut grass and subtle pear flavors.
