The Oregon mixed-culture masters crafted today’s Hazy-inspired Farmhouse Ale with a blend of two Brett-fermented beers. The mature barrels from their cellar contributed layered nuances of leather and tilled soil. The younger beer, brewed with Mosaic Hop Extract, introduced a bright fruitiness. 

Finally, the crew dry hopped the mélange with a mountain of Strata and Nelson Sauvin Hops for juicy pops of citrus and tropical produce.
