About This Beer
This stunner is an Imperial reimagining of Pelican’s celebrated, GABF-winning Tsunami Stout amped up in every imaginable way. The brewers crafted it with roasty dessert flavors from four kinds of malts and cane sugar. Then they aged it in Rye Barrels.
Tasting Notes
Rich caramel complexities and nuances of vanilla oak swirl throughout. Dark cocoa and woody spice carry on the end.

I really loved this. A harsh, bitter back note complements a ton of deep chocolatey barrel flavor. A really lovely surprise.
