About This Beer
Two titans of the craft beer world, Fort George and Reubens, got together to create the ultimate beast-taming brew.
First, they double mashed a roasty grain bill loaded with plenty of oats to boost the flavor and ABV. Then they let it luxuriate in Woodford rye and Westward whiskey barrels and decided to leave out any additional adjuncts to really highlight the nuanced barrel character and the masterfully-crafted base Stout.
Tasting Notes
Each sip of the 4.34 UT-Rated stunner teems with notes of treacly molasses and rich caramel. Hints of dried plum ripple over sublime malt depth, leading toward a full-body finish accentuated by whispers of vanilla-oak and rye spice.

This was delicious. A heavy flavor to match the heavy artwork on the can.

Creamy head, toasty malt aroma with a hint of barrel-aging, slightly sweet maple taste with silky oat notes, dry, and a warming alcohol finish.
