I have a buddy who normally stays away from Stouts; he thinks most are too boozy and heavy. But, he loves coffee. No matter how great the Stout is that I put in front of him, he refuses to try it. Until I tricked him into trying Full Circle Brewing’s Golden Stout. 

Feeling My Stout has all the characteristics of a normal Stout with rich notes of nuttiness and coffee, it just looks a little more...golden. The Fresno-based crew uses locally-roasted, whole coffee beans and cacao nibs from a local chocolatier. 

A dash of vanilla combined with a hint of lactose makes for an incredibly silky, smooth drinking Stout. Each taste of this mocha concoction is like a sip of life-giving iced coffee in the morning. 

After he nearly downed his first pint, my friend asked me what kind of beer I had given him. He couldn’t believe it was a Stout. As they say, don’t judge a book by its cover or a beer by its color!
