About This Beer
As the name implies, this barrel-aged Wheatwine is similar to bold and boozy Barleywine, but a higher percentage of the lighter grain makes for a more approachable body. Don’t worry — you’ll still find all the rich, inviting flavors or toffee, date, and raisin, (along with a massive 12.75% ABV). But you’ll also get a crisper finish and a smoother gulp.
Tasting Notes
The crew at Aslin amped this one up with their own blend of coffee from Mexican beans, along with a dollop of vanilla for an almost creamy sip. Plus, they aged the brew in Wild Turkey Barrels for a whopping 22 months for whispers of oak and honey.

Bourbon & coffee in aroma w/some vanilla. Coffee forward taste w/bourbon mixing in quickly. Light toffee & molasses. Vanilla sweetness weaves in and out.
